Stefano, our Italian Head Chef, is delighted by the local produce on offer and supports Queensland produce including:
- Locally produced pork products
- Cheese from Mount Tamborine
- Locally baked breads
- Free range eggs which are locally laid
- Locally made gelato
Our sauces are made the traditional French way, from scratch using our own reduced stock.
Our meats are cut by hand daily, and certified YG (maximum age of 30 months) and MSA (Meat Standards Australia, a valuable asset to the Australian beef and lamb industry, allowing certification of quality).
