Located in the heart of Brisbane’s iconic South Bank Parklands, The Shore Restaurant and Bar offers a glorious open air dining experience surrounded by gardens and fountains with views to the river and beyond. Surrounded by so much natural beauty it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy casual all day dining.
The team at The Shore are proud to present our beautiful restaurant as the perfect venue to bring the family, have dinner with friends, a casual lunch or for that special function for up to 500 guests.
Gregory, our French Head Chef, is delighted by the local produce on offer and supports Queensland produce including:
- Locally produced pork products
- Cheese from Mount Tamborine
- Locally baked breads
- Free range eggs which are locally laid
- Locally made gelato
Our sauces are made the traditional French way, from scratch using our own reduced stock.
Our meats are cut by hand daily, and certified YG (maximum age of 30 months) and MSA (Meat Standards Australia, a valuable asset to the Australian beef and lamb industry, allowing certification of quality).

250g homemade beef and lamb patty with lettuce, tomato, homemade beetroot relish, onion and bbq sauce on a toasted bun served with chunky chips and a homemade aioli dipping sauce.
Grilled Chicken Parmigiana - $22
A plump chicken breast char grilled and topped with our own Napoli sauce, bacon and Egmont cheese all grilled golden brown and served with chunky chips and a house salad.
